We believe having a range of perspectives, backgrounds and lived experiences on the board helps make sure decisions are well considered and reflect the needs of our community and clients. Diversity in thinking and experience also helps ensure we continue to be innovative and agile.
We are committed to building a diverse and talented board and welcome applications that mirror the inclusive nature of our organisation. As a skills based board we are seeking professional and personal experience in finance, business, mental health, community development and governance.
If you are ready to step into a fantastic opportunity, then please contact us! Please start by reading our Board information Pack to learn how to get started.
Applicants who demonstrate they have the necessary skills will be asked to an informal interview. The interview is an opportunity to explore the expectations on both sides and ensure a great fit for all.
